AnoustaA farm, first and foremost
She says
I grew up in the region, in Azereix to be precise, 19 km from Lourdes. For the past thirty years or so, my husband and I have been based in Loubajac, 3 km from the centre of Lourdes. We’re farmers there, running a small farm specialising in poultry (chickens, guinea fowl, laying hens, etc.) and vegetables. We sell these products directly to consumers through short supply chains, notably via the ‘Terroirs Pyrénéens’ shop, which is located in the heart of Lourdes and stocks produce from several small-scale farmers in the region.
