At an altitude of 1,000 metres, this peak overlooking the Marian town is a popular spot for downhill mountain biking. The Pic du Jer is equipped with a funicular and offers mountain bikers 3 downhill trails, ranging from an introductory trail to the most committing and technical one.

The site has already hosted 3 World Cups and was voted “Best UCI MTB World Cup Event” in 2015. The DH trail: Competitors take on the 2,000-metre linear track with a 477-metre elevation loss, accessible by funicular. The Pic du Jer trail is known for being one of the toughest on the circuit. It is very comprehensive: physically and technically demanding, and committing at the same time.
