MTB on the Pic du Jer
The descent of the Pic du Jer, the meeting point for thrill-seekers, played host to the best downhillers from around the world for the MTB Downhill World Cup in 2017.
You can take your bike up to the summit on the funicular railway and leave it on the MTB rack close to the upper station, to visit the tourist site before hitting the downhill trail, which is studded with ramps, jumps and bumps, while taking time out to admire the landscapes of Lourdes, Tarbes, Pau and the Lavedan.
Facilities
Black trail: tough downhill run highly-prized by the best downhillers in the region.
Blue trail: fun downhill run along the same slope as the competition trail.
Red trail:
Distance: 3 km (500 m aggregate drop in altitude)
