Bar Restaurant specialized in cocktails and Alsatian flambéed pies : the Flammekueches. The original Flammekueche is made of a thin pastry covered with a mixture of cream and cottage cheese with bacon. Very tasty variations of this recipe are also available, to eat in or take away. Also on the menu, traditional food (meat, fish, salads, burgers) as well as a daily lunch menu. At the bar, let yourself be seduced by the choice and creation of tasty cocktails that can be enjoyed with tapas or with a tarte flambée to share. Occasionally, we organize parties (aperitif concert, DJ party and afterworks). Continuous service (small catering outside the services).
