In December, join the Christmas celebrations at the Sanctuary of Lourdes.

- 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM: Christmas tree and large Nativity scene on the esplanade of the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary
- 9:30 AM: Guided Way of the Cross at Espélugues and Jubilee Way
- 2:00 PM: Jubilee Way and “Bernadette’s Steps”
- 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Exhibition of Nativity scenes from around the world next to the Information Center
- 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM (except December 25 and January 1): Family Nativity scene visits organized by the "service jeunes"
- 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Activities at the Christmas Village with hot chocolate and carols next to the Information Center
- 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM: Illuminations and Advent and Christmas carols in the Sanctuary

- 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Cenacolo performance on the forecourt of the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary
>> December 24:
- 10:00 AM: Mass at the Grotto
- 3:30 PM: Rosary at the Grotto
- 6:30 PM: First Vespers of Christmas at the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary
- 9:30 PM: Midnight Mass at the Basilica of Saint Pius X, presided over by Father Michel Daubanes, Rector of the Sanctuary, followed by a procession to the Grotto with the Infant Jesus

- 10:00 AM: Mass at the Grotto
- 11:15 AM: Christmas Day Mass at the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary
- 3:30 PM: Rosary at the Grotto
- 6:30 PM: Vespers at the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary
- 8:30 PM: Torchlight Rosary at the Grotto
